CollabBase helps brands search for creators, build shortlists, prepare creator records for outreach, and send from their own connected account. It does not automatically write or send outbound messages on your behalf.

These terms summarize the boundaries around search, outreach credits, connected accounts, and user-controlled outreach.
Your responsibilities
Your workspace is responsible for the briefs you enter, the creators you prepare for outreach, and the final content of every message you send. Only connect accounts you are authorized to use.
What you cannot do
You may not use the product for illegal outreach, spam evasion, proxy rotation, hidden sender identities, CAPTCHA bypass, or any other activity that conflicts with law, platform rules, or the product's compliance guardrails.
Packages and availability
Free workspace access supports searches up to 25 creators at a time. Membership supports searches up to 250 creators. Outreach credits are separate one-time packs used only when a send is recorded.
Connected-account rules
Direct send is available only when your workspace has a ready sender account and the compliance checks pass. Otherwise the workflow falls back to assisted send or no-send states instead of bypassing those controls.
Availability and changes
Discovery coverage, package ceilings, and platform workflows may change as benchmarks, provider inputs, or compliance requirements change. The service may restrict or disable a platform when safety or product integrity requires it.
