Acceptable Use Policy

Effective August 8, 2026. These rules protect creators, customer accounts, and CollabBase. We may delay, pause, or end sending access when provider warnings, complaints, excessive bounces, or abuse indicate risk.

  1. 1. Required conduct

    Use truthful sender identity, subjects, proposals, and contact details.

  2. 2. Required conduct

    Contact only recipients for whom you have a lawful basis. Record consent or evidence when CollabBase asks for it.

    Honor reply-based objections, bounces, legal restrictions, and provider pauses. Never evade sending limits or reconnect another mailbox to bypass a pause.

    Do not send harassment, fraud, malware, discriminatory offers, deceptive Re:/Fwd: subjects, or high-volume repetitive spam.

    Instagram and TikTok outreach must remain copy-and-open. Never automate accounts, inject DMs, share social credentials, or bypass platform limits.

    Do not resell creator contact data or use it outside a relevant creator-partnership proposal.
