Creator privacy & data rights

Your information, your choices

CollabBase builds a creator-discovery catalog from public profiles and content, business contact pages, customer-supplied details, licensed provider data, and profile information creators authorize connected platforms to share. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or an opt-out from sale or sharing where applicable. A request about the catalog is separate from asking one brand not to contact you.

How your creator information is used

Relevant profile details, public posts or videos, and available audience-size and performance metrics may be shown to brand customers evaluating partnerships. We use this information for discovery, profile matching, and campaign reporting. Contracted AI services may assess search requests and creator evidence, including profile text, content descriptions, and available metrics, to help evaluate potential matches. These assessments can be incomplete or incorrect; they are not a guarantee of suitability or a partnership. Our Privacy Policy explains the broader data uses, disclosures, and safeguards.

Disconnecting is different from deletion

If you have a creator account, you can disconnect a connected platform in your creator portal and also revoke access in the platform's own settings. Disconnecting removes the stored authorization tokens and stops authorized refreshes. For YouTube, it also removes information retained solely from that authorization and associated diagnostic copies; independently sourced facts and minimized business records may remain. Disconnecting is not the same as a catalog-wide deletion request. Use this form or the portal's privacy controls to request review for deletion or restriction of the associated data.

Stopping contact from a brand

An ordinary no-contact request applies to the business you tell not to contact you. It does not automatically restrict the whole CollabBase catalog or prevent unrelated businesses from contacting you independently. For a catalog-wide privacy request, contact CollabBase using this form or the privacy contact in our Privacy Policy. We review the request and applicable rights before making changes.

Review, verification, and limited retention

We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity or authority over the referenced account. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or unrelated private messages. A request is reviewed for its scope, applicable provider requirements, and legal obligations before completion is confirmed. Limited, minimized business records and privacy-request or suppression evidence may need to be retained where permitted or required to honor rights, prevent re-ingestion, or meet legal obligations. Backup copies follow the applicable recovery and expiry schedule, subject to deletion requirements; submitting a request does not instantly erase every copy.
